St Kilda Community Housing provides safe and secure housing for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This project continues the history we have established in providing planning services for community housing projects.

Grey St, St Kilda

This double storey Victorian house was restored and a contemporary addition at the rear was added which include 34 self-contained accommodation units. This new 3 storey brick building to the rear with a pitched roof (with flat roof top section) matches that of existing dwelling on the site. The rear addition is linked to the existing structure with a glazed connecting section that clearly marks the separation from a heritage structure to a modern day building.

Sporting pavilion, Clifton Hill

This single-storey sporting pavilion has been designed to complement the federation colours found in the neighbouring areas. While the proposal represents a contemporary form of development, the use of the brick work ensures that the pavilion is in keeping with the character of its surrounds.
